Frequently Asked Questions AZURBALI

You can bring Azurbali drybags to keep your things while you dive but you can’t bring the bags to dive with you. Azurbali cylinder drybags are level 2 waterproof, which means the bags will keep the things inside dry even if you spray high water pressure onto the bags from all angles and if the bags experience a quick submersion in water (i.e. when you accidentally drop the bags in the pool/river/ocean)

Azurbali drybags will keep the things inside dry even if you spray high water pressure onto the bags from all angles and if the bags experience a quick submersion in water (i.e. when you accidentally drop the bags in the pool/river/ocean). Please be aware that Azurbali dry bags are not to be taken while snorkeling or other activities that requires the bags to be submerged in the water

To clean Azurbali drybags is as simple as 1,2,3. First pour water onto the dirty outer parts of the bags. Second, brush the dirt spots with soft bristled brush with hand soap. Third, clean the soaps with water. It is important to wash your dirty bags as soon as you have stains. The longer the stains stay on the bags, the more difficult it is to clean them.

If your azurbali belts are too long, cut it. How to do it:

  • Open the buckle head and separate it from the belt
  • Cut the belt according to your size (add 10-15 cm for an extra space) on the part that was separated from the buckle head (be careful NOT to cut the end near the round holes)
  • Insert the belt to he buckle head and close it
  • Lock the belt by pulling the belt and the head on the opposite direction
  • For more detailed video on how to do this, open this link
  • Hold the bags opening
  • When you have the black plastic lining facing your direction, fold at least three times inside (NOT outside)

We guarantee all manufacturing defects for example:

  • Both female or male buckles so the bags can’t close
  • There is no straps

That is why we recommend you to check your bags when you are still in the shops to avoid having defect bags when you are already home, this is mostly useful especially if you don’t live in Indonesia and you buy your bags when you are in Indonesia. Please note that we don’t guarantee broken bags because of your own negligence i.e. you put sharp objects in your bags, you smoke near the bags etc
